Mary ann AysonOur experience with Havanese Luxe Puppies was wonderful, and we are so grateful to have welcomed two adorable puppies, Surf and Sunshine, into our family! I first reached out to Havanese Luxe Puppies after falling in love with Sunshine. I just knew she was the one! I shared the exciting news and the website with my family, and my brother in New York fell in love with her littermate, Surf, and decided to adopt him, too. What started as finding one perfect puppy turned into a special family story! About a week after starting the adoption process, I flew to Chicago to pick up both puppies and bring them home to San Diego. The breeders were wonderful throughout the entire process. They made sure all the paperwork and vaccinations were in order and provided thorough instructions and helpful information on their website. They even agreed to meet me halfway, which made the trip much easier and was greatly appreciated. I had a small concern when Surf seemed nauseous after pickup, but he ended up being just fine. We believe it was most likely part of the adjustment to leaving his mother and beginning his new adventure. Surf and Sunshine spent five wonderful weeks together in San Diego, where Sunshine lives, before Surf headed off to New York. He is now adjusting to life in the big city and seems to have all the energy to match the New York lifestyle! Sunshine, on the other hand, is calm, easygoing, and the perfect fit for our home. We couldn't be happier with our experience or more grateful to Havanese Luxe Puppies for helping bring these two sweet littermates into our lives. The entire adoption process was smooth, thoughtful, and reassuring. We truly appreciate the care they put into preparing their puppies for their new families. Kent UtseyThese people are excellent breeders. I picked Luke up from their home when he was 10 weeks old. He had minimal separation anxiety (quieted down after about 5 minutes into a 3.5 hour drive), then spent time exploring his new home and playing, and slept quietly in his crate that night. And every night since then! He's very healthy and well-adjusted: confident, happy, playful, affectionate and enjoys everyone he meets- including his new vet! This only happens when puppies are cared for properly during their first weeks of life: it truly shows how good the breeders are. My thanks to the whole family, kids and all. Judith ImhoffI recently purchased a Havanese puppy from Havana Luxe Pups near Arthur IL. My experience could not have been better. The home and surrounding setting was meticulously kept and the puppy was clean, happy and obviously cared for very well. The breeder provided a basket containing a blanket, and a small bag of dry foods. They followed up with a phone call to check on Ollie (puppy) and I and to answer any questions I had. My experience was truly above and beyond my expectations and Ollie and I are very happy. I highly recommend Havana Luxe Pups.Posted on Google

From the minute our puppy arrived we knew that she had been taking care of well and had been socialized and in good hands. Our vet said the same and gave her an excellent health report.
