We are Chris and Mary Farmwald, along with our three boys, and we are so glad you are here. At Havana Luxe Pups, our love for the Havanese and Havapoo breeds goes far beyond breeding, we are passionate about raising happy, healthy puppies that are deeply loved from the very beginning.
What first captured our hearts about these breeds is their affectionate, people-focused nature. Havanese and Havapoos thrive on companionship and have a wonderful ability to form strong bonds with their families. Their gentle personalities, playful spirit, and those big, expressive eyes make them impossible not to love. As parents, we also appreciate how naturally they fit into family life and how wonderful they are with children.
Every puppy we raise is treated as a cherished member of our family. From the day they are born, they are surrounded by love, attention, and daily interaction. Our boys play an important role in helping socialize the puppies, providing gentle handling, playtime, and positive exposure to everyday sights, sounds, and experiences. This early socialization helps our puppies develop confidence, trust, and well-rounded personalities that prepare them for a smooth transition into their forever homes.
As ethical and responsible breeders, we are committed to doing everything we can to give our puppies the healthiest possible start in life. Our parent dogs are AKC registered, extensively health tested, DNA screened, and OFA cleared. We carefully select our breeding pairs with health, temperament, and overall quality in mind, always striving to improve and preserve these wonderful breeds.
Our puppies are raised in a clean, safe, and nurturing environment where their well-being is our highest priority. Our nursery is professionally sanitized and thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and security during every stage of development. As they grow, puppies enjoy supervised outdoor play, interaction with their littermates, and plenty of opportunities to explore and learn.
We are especially proud of the loving family environment in which our puppies are raised. They are exposed to children, family activities, and everyday household life, helping them become adaptable companions who are ready to bring joy, comfort, and unconditional love to their future families.

Our nursery is spotless, comfortably designed, and professionally sterilized regularly to ensure every puppy grows up in a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. All puppies are well socialized with other puppies in our nursery and our family members. They also enjoy plenty of time outside to run and play once they are old enough.
